The FB1000 stretch hooder by Bocedi is installed worldwide and is one of the most popular models for end-of-line pallet packaging. Ideal for reducing costs, stabilizing loads, and protecting them from weather conditions, it also helps enhance brand image and customize the appearance of pallets. This system is widely used in industries such as food processing, construction, and printing.

  • Production rate: up to 70 pallets per hour

  • Versatile: depending on the selected options, it can package up to three different pallet sizes, up to 102″ x 55″ (2600mm x 1400mm) on the same line

  • Automatic identification system: identifies the height and width of each load

  • Automatic film feed available: up to 3 film feed rolls

  • Patented Bocedi system: increases productivity

  • Intuitive interface: simplified configuration via touchscreen

  • Standard components: Siemens components (standard)

 

The FB1000 is available in 4 versions:

  • Small: for pallets up to 37″x31″ (950x800mm)

  • Standard: for pallets up to 53″x45″ (1350x1150mm)

  • Large: for pallets up to 70″x55″ (1800x1400mm)

  • Extra large: for pallets up to 102″x55″ (2600x1400mm)

STARSTRETCH FB4.0: up to 280 pallets per hour
