Packaging DIAGNOSIS

Knowing whether you're under- or over-packaging isn’t always easy. But some signs are hard to ignore: are your packaging processes time-consuming? Are your warehouses overflowing with different packaging components? Are your customers receiving damaged products? At CARTIER, we offer a diagnostic based on rigorous analysis and proven methodologies¹ to provide you with a clear and accurate assessment of your packaging.

Your GOALS

This solution is for you if you want to:

Objective 1

Identify if you are under or over packaging: we analyze your packaging using a recognized methodology¹ and provide you with an overview based on concrete data.

Objective 2

Identify your actual unit packaging cost: we take into account not only the materials but also labor and all hidden costs.

Objective 3

Know the GHG emissions associated with your packaging: our team provides a detailed report, based on a recognized methodology¹, that calculates emissions by component type.

Our GOAL

Did you know that 51% of consumers consider their packages to be overpacked? However, 20% of merchandise returns are damaged products. There is therefore a very fine line between over-packaged or under-packaged merchandise and optimal packaging! Is it possible to have both a suitably packaged parcel and an eco-responsible packaging?

The synergy between Rotec and CARTIER has been nothing short of transformative. Together, we embarked on an innovative project, aligning our expertise and ambition to set new industry benchmarks.
